Q: How can I make a reservation?

Q: What amount do I have to pay to make a reservation? 

A: You must prepay 15% of the total amount and the remaining balance must be paid on the pickup date.

Q: How do I know that my reservation is confirmed? 

A: You will receive a confirmation through email or chat (depending on how you booked). Please make sure to check your spam folder

Q: Can I choose the model of the rental car?

A: Unfortunately, No, you can’t. We can only guarantee you a car from a specific group you chose. That's why we always write next to the car model you have selected “or similar car”.

Q: Is a credit card required to book a rental car? 

A: No, you don't need a credit card to make a reservation.

Q: Can I cancel my reservation? 

A: Yes, you can cancel your reservation at any given time. Please be aware that you can cancel your reservation for free 48 hours prior to your car pick up time. If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours prior to your car pick up time, your deposit can not be refunded.  If you cancel your prepaid reservation within 48 hours, a refund of 50% of your payment is possible.

Q: How old do I have to be to rent a car from your company? 

A:You have to be 23 years of age and have held a driving license for at least one year for M1-M2-M3-L car categories. A:You have to be 25 years of age and have held a driving license for at least two years for all others categories.

Q: What is the maximum age to rent a car from your company? 

A: The maximum age to rent a car from our company is 75 years. Be aware that our Full Insurance      is covering drivers up to the age of 70. Rental car Pick up & Return FaQs

Q:  In the event that I arrive at the designated meeting point ahead of the scheduled time or cannot locate a representative from the company, what steps should I take? 

A: Kindly wait at the meeting point until our staff arrives to escort you, or feel free to contact us for additional instructions.

Q: How many drivers can drive the rental car? 

A: The maximum number of drivers in a rental agreement is three. Our prices always include one additional driver for free. If you would like to add third driver to the rental agreement, daily charge of 5.00€ for third additional driver will be applied. Maximum charge 90.00€

Q: Do I need an international driver’s license? 

A: For driving licenses not written in Latin or Cyrillic characters, compliance with Greek law necessitates the possession of either an international driving license or an official translation meeting the specified requirements

Q: Do I need a credit card to pick up my rental car?

A: No, You don't need a credit card to pick up your rental car. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Q: Can I collect my rental car out of office hours?

A: You have the flexibility to collect your rental car at any time, 24/7. However, please note that additional charges may apply for pickups during non-office hours. For car pickups between: 22:30-01:00 surcharge = 25.00€ 01:15-5:50 surcharge = 35.00€ 06:00-7:45 surcharge= 25.00€

Q: Can I return the rental car with less fuel than when I received it? 

A: Certainly, it's permissible, though not advisable. Please note that you'll be required to cover the cost difference for the fuel level upon returning the car.

Q: How will I meet you when I arrive at any Cretan Airport or Port?

A: All details regarding the meeting location and instructions to connect with our representative can be found in your booking confirmation.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card of a person that is not present when I collect the car?

A: Regrettably, it is not possible. The individual intending to make the payment with their credit card must be listed in the rental agreement and must be present at the time of car pickup.

Q: Are there additional charges if I return the car late?

A: Certainly, there are consequences for returning the rental late without authorization, which may include an additional fee. Should you require an extension of 1-2 hours, please reach out to us, and we might be able to provide an extension without any extra charges.

Q: Can I return my car earlier? Will I get a refund?

A: Certainly, you're allowed to return your rental car ahead of schedule, but please make sure to notify us in advance. Regrettably, we do not offer refunds for early car returns.

Q: Can I add extra Insurance at the time I will pick up the rental car?

A: Certainly, it is possible. You have the option to acquire extra insurance at the time of car pickup.

Q: How can I extend my booking once I have picked up my car?

A: Should you wish to prolong your car rental, please reach out to us promptly through chat, email, or phone. The extension of your booking is contingent upon the availability of rental cars at the specific time of your request.

Q: Can I return the car dirty?

A: Certainly, you are allowed to do so, but it would be unfavorable. Excessive soiling of the vehicle's interior, beyond what is deemed reasonable and careful use, may result in a cleaning fee of up to 80.00€.

Q: What documents should I have with me when I will pick up the rental car?

A: Upon collecting the car, ensure you have a valid driver's license, along with a valid ID or passport in your possession.

Q: What happens if my flight on the arrival date has a delay?

A: Rest assured, we consistently track your flight for potential delays. A representative from our company will be present at the airport upon your arrival.

Q: Can I get my rental car delivered to my accommodation?

Certainly, you have the option to do so. Complimentary delivery of your rental car is available if your accommodation falls within our service areas. However, if it is situated outside these regions, an extra fee may be applicable. 

Q: Can I drive the rental car off road?

A: Regrettably, it is not allowed to drive the vehicle on non-paved surfaces.

Q: Is there a limit to the kilometers I can drive with the rental car?

A: Certainly not, there are any restrictions. You're free to drive as many kilometers as you desire.

Q: What should I do when I have my rental car breakdown?

A: If your car experiences a breakdown, please contact us right away, and we will offer you the necessary assistance and guidance.

Q: Who can drive the rental car?

A:Individuals listed on the lease agreement.

Q: Can I smoke inside the rental car?

A: Regrettably, smoking inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden. If smoking occurs within the car, the driver      will be deemed responsible and may incur a cleaning fee of up to 80.00€.

Q: What happens if I lose the car key?

A: In the event of key loss for the car, you will be responsible for covering the expenses associated with retrieval, repair, replacement, and the transportation of a new key.

Q: Can I take the rental car to a different island or to the mainland?

A: Regrettably, ferrying the rental vehicle is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such activity renders your insurance protection void, and you may be subject to charges for violating our terms and conditions.

Q: Do your rates include taxes?

A: Certainly, all listed prices encompass both taxes and a 24% Value Added Tax (VAT).

Q: What is not included in your offers?

A:Payment is accepted in cash or by credit/debit card (excluding AMEX).
